How can I activate AdSense on my Blogger ?

I am assuming that your blog is eligible for adsense account and you can show ads on your blog.

Here is How you can activate adsense on your blog?

1. Login to Blogger
2. On your home feed you will see your blogname (here in this image I have provide "Test" as a blog name
   
   
3. Now click on the second tab right after the orange (Pencil mark) button, which is goto Post list
4. Once you are in a post list you will see the following screen
   
   
5. Click on Earnings
6. There you are, just click on the "Signup for Adsense", Set up your Adsense account and you are good to go.

Following these steps will activate adsense on your blog.
